I am Sara. That man is Matt. We are so in love it's kinda gross.  Matt likes Kill Bill, brewing beer and sneakers.  I like Kill Bill, drinking beer and high heels. Sometimes we share a brain and text each other the same thing at the same time from very far away. Sometimes we want to dress up like zombies and actually share a brain. Nomnomnom.

Hey Girl

This is my friend Ellie. My friends and I have an inside joke that she's going to meet a guy at a bar who is a felon, a leper, and wearing chain mail made of silver sequins. Unfortunately, there is no man in particular who fits this description, so I have included a picture of Ryan Gosling. As for this charming woman, her most delightful qualities are that she eats cheese late at night in her closet, she makes puns about anything and everything, she adores Victorian literature, and pretends to speak French. She likes beer and dinosaurs, although usually not together.

Evan plays a lot of soccer, he's an architect, and he currently lives with three cats (Spaghetti (red), Theo (grey) and Fred (black and white)) and four guy friends in a dirty boy house. He loves sneakers and has a really crappy cell phone that doesn't have sound, doesnt vibrate, and has tape holding the battery in. His family is 100% German.

I'm Mexican, Italian and Polish. I manage two yoga studios in Michigan, I have a little red Australian shepherd with pointy ears named Henry. I love to bake pies, hike mountains and I'm a pescetarian, which means the only meat I eat is fish.

 

Evan and I like to be bums together when we're not working. We drink a lot of 24 oz. Bud Lights and are Guitar Hero rivals, although he is slightly better than me. We both love electronic music, sweatpants, television, spicy Mexican food, hot sauce, and food in general.

The Force Between Us

This is a photo of my boyfriend, Andrew and I. We have been together for 6 years, since good old grade 10. We both love beer and beer in large quantities! He tends to be absent minded a lot. One time he cut himself while trying to cork a wine bottle that had a screw-off cap. He tells me I'm loud but indoor voices just aren't as fun. I love cheesy jokes that he may say are lame, but I know, really, he just won't admit he likes them. We tend to make a lot of dirty jokes too. I have adapted Steve Carell's, 'that's what she said' as if it were my own.  Sometimes we are the only ones in the room laughing at our jokes. At times it makes everyone else uncomfortable but that just shows how awesome we are together. We break out in dance a lot. This is usually followed by sound effects and singing. His favourite sound effect to make is a pterodactyl. It gets me laughing every time. He always cheers me up. Our favourite movie is Star Wars (& being the best girlfriend ever I introduced him to the series.) In the first year of our relationship he gave me a lightsaber for Christmas and from then on the force between us has been strong. Andrew is known for wearing button up shirts with blazers. His favourite colour is red, mine is purple.

Life is Good

This is actually something I would like to give my boyfriend for Christmas as I believe he would appreciate something of the sort. So, things we like, We enjoy loud heavy music, spaghetti, Breaking Bad and beer. What sets us apart is that I'm an optimistic person and of course he's just a little less. He likes to get things done right away, I procrastinate. I plan ahead of time, he's a day by day kind of guy. We've been together for about three and a half years but I've been crazy about him for seven. Life is good and this would be a great gift!

Landscaping

This is my boyfriend and I. His name is Jeff. He works in landscaping and is a very tall. He's a total handyman and loves fixing and building things. He also likes Miller Light, playing video games and wearing hoodies. I love wine, alpacas, taking pictures and shopping. I have a vintage clothing store on Etsy and I like bright colors and tacky things. I am also a big fan of bar trivia! Jeff and I both like dancing around the house and playing with our dogs Lucy (a vizsla) and Tyra (a shih tzu.)

Film Festival

I'm Kate and Matt is my wonderful boyfriend of nine months. We met through Hell's Half Mile film festival film programming and ended up as a couple after making out on a stage during the festival. It's pretty out of character for both of us. Our favorite activities are drinking beers (or wine,) eating, watching too much TV, and joking about our cats Lulu and Sam. I'm so glad we all found our way to each other.
