This is me in my Halloween costume. I was a basketball hoop. Maybe make the portrait of me dunking on myself?

This is my sweetheart Matt and me. He is far away in Canada for two years and I won't see him again til June 2013 so I would love a crappy portrait to send to him! A little bit about us: Matt is obsessed with trains, film history, and the band U2 (somehow he is always bringing Bono up in most of our conversations) he is an amazing videographer and loves loves movies, especially ones made in the 70's that have Robert De Niro in them. (Robert De Niro is usually brought up in our conversations as well). Matt isn't a very good dancer but he always dances for me anyway because he knows I love it. He always calls me his Irish Princess. I love photography. I am obsessed with books and I read probably too much. I have a strange fascination with Ireland and India and want to go to those countries more than anywhere else in the world. I am addicted to flaming hot Cheetos. We like to get snow cones together, we adore the fall season, and Halloween is our absolute most favorite holiday ever. We even met on that day four years ago. Together we are M & M!

He's Jon and I'm Charla. We've been married just 7 short months. His birthday is coming up and so what better gift than a framed crappy picture? We have two dogs- a golden-doodle and a shih-tzu and we love them dearly. In fact, Jon likes our shih-tzu Sophie so much that he often shares his ice cream cones with her. That's love people. Jon hates his job, loves pizza, enjoys biking with his wifey, and running. I work in retain doing marketing, have a serious obsession with Starbucks and shopping, and I like to bike with my hubby on our beach cruisers. We like to have parties at our house and drink a lot of wine. I love Oklahoma State, he loves Texas Tech. In my spare time, I like to cook food, drink more wine, and watch reality TV. My husband spends his spare time doing yard-work, imitating Marcel the Shell, and watching football. Oh, and we really like Halloween and St. Patricks Day!

This is me and my boyfriend, Jonathan last Halloween, which just so happens to be when we officially started dating. I'm dressed as a gypsy, and he likes dressing up like Waldo. We both love zombies and awesome music. I play the guitar, and he is learning the ukulele. We are both learning to speak Spanish together and he constantly uses the phrase "Donde esta el baño?" My love of celery disgusts him, and I constantly correct him on his pronunciation of words. Especially when he says 'Little Wayne"... It's Lil' Wayne, duh! Basically, we are two awesomely weird people who are absolutely crazy about each other.

My husband decided to be Old Gregg for Halloween. He went all out. I made his wig out of a hula skirt and a do-rag. Our hairless Chinese Crested dog was a ram and looked pretty cute, for a gremlin. My Medusa costume was weak. I guess the snakes were too small. Not that it mattered, nothing does after drinking Bailey's out of a shoe.

This is a picture of me dressed up as Harry Potter at a Halloween party. My costume consisted of a stick and a drawn-on scar. The other people in the picture on the left are dressed up as a "sexy" male Mario, a Russian spy and an aristocat...cat. We are in the middle of dancing and having a good time. Later, I met these two random guys dressed up as Native Americans and we just had the biggest party in front of the elevator doors and my roommate took some pictures. I just know I could only cherish this memory more if there a was a crappy portrait.

This is me (the cat) and my little sister (the mouse) on Halloween when we were younger. I'm at college in New York now and she's in Chicago. I'd love to show her that I miss her.
