Garnish with the Bizarre

We're a group of friends from the south of Ireland who have a blog to keep in touch with each other as we go about college and travelling and the like. We're called Garnish with the Bizarre and the name comes from a Roald Dahl book.

Ciara is 21 and is quite cool. She's a elegant and regal grace about her. She is going to be a primary school teacher. She has wonderful hair and polka dot shorts. She's mad into the music too and has a pendant for lovely, acoustic guitar stuff.  She's great at crafts and art too.

Dee is hilarious. She likes dancing a lot and she drinks wine too. When she drinks, she gets very mischievous. She's got amazing black, curly hair. She studies German and Spanish too and she was in Argentina with me. She is about to go to Germany but doesn't like the German culture. She is an amazing baker like Megan and makes amazing cheese cake.

Megan is amazing. She studies French and English. She should have been born in Paris. She loves eveything about France from the language, the food, especially the pastries and the culture. She's extremely artistic and loves art. She loves drinking wine. She's a secret smoker. She loves Audrey Hepburn.

I'm Sarah. I like music an awful lot. I grew up on a farm. I love eating good food. Have a weakness for hot chocolate. I study languages - German and Spain. I travel a lot with my course. I just got back from South America, then went teaching English in England and I'm about to go to Vienna for a year to study. I am going to be a teacher. I have very curly mad hair. I love my camera. A lot. And dancing like a mad woman.

Happiness is an Epidemic

I am an aspiring photographer and an avid traveller. I’ve been to Germany, the Netherlands, England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, and Mexico. Next, I hope to go to either Austria or Iceland. I love wayfarers, playing the piano, spicy foods, yoga, and collecting antique cameras. I also smile about 99% of the time. It’s an epidemic. I believe that everyone should just be as happy as possible all of the time.

Me and my 2 friends are a member of a rap gang, and would love a free crappy portrait. We are called The Jones Gang, and are part parody, and part hell-raising gangsters. We are white, middle class and love our Biggie, 2Pac, Mos Def... you name it! Our rap aliases are (going from left to right) Puppy-Love Jones, Gatzby Jones and Psac Jones.

Raves and Sailboats

This is my best friend and I. We have been best friends for the past five years. We both love music and going to concerts. Manchester Orchestra and Brand New are our favorites. We also love Harry Potter and Japanese food. She loves the oboe and I love sports. She likes raves. I like sailboats. We love each other.

Take a Hint

I'm a photographer and he's a lighting tech - I take pictures of the bands, and he makes sure they're lit up all epic and cool. Sometimes we shoot weddings. He loves punk rock and I love rock 'n roll. We have three cats, Jack, Kat and Marley. When we grow up we want to live in New Zealand. Our favorite vacation spot is the Dominican Republic and whenever I call Conrad he answer the phone with "Ola!" We've been together six years today - and he hasn't popped the question yet!
