You're a bird, I'm an elephant

We are newlyweds and are enjoying life minus being responsible and having to make money. :D We like zoos and go at least 1 or 2 times a year. For some reason, we have a motto that goes "If you're a bird, I'm an elephant," and it's stuck all through our 9 year relationship. It doesn't really make sense. We both really just like elephants and I still can't figure out why. I think it's just because they seem to have it all together. They're family animals. Lots of love there. We've been best friends since about 8th grade so we don't really remember life without each other. We both love music and his amazing beard that he's never allowed to cut off.

My BFF Amanda is turning 25, which sounds really old, but I think she would love a Free Crappy Portrait for her birthday because she knows how to use the internet. She has a hard time seeing things because she's the world's shortest person (but we still love her). She loves Starbucks because she's a barista, but she also really likes cats and panda bears. Her boyfriend is named Charlie, which is the same name as the guy on the tuna fish can. She's going to be famous for making famous movies one day. Tommy, the green ranger, is her favorite Power Ranger and I think she thinks he's a real person. I'm sending you a photo of Amanda with my dog Pancakes. They get along really well.

This is my partner and I. We've always joked about how I am a koala, and he is a panda bear. He's musical and incredibly talented, and I like to bake. We want to move to America (we're from New Zealand.) We like to sing, and we have an awesome tabby cat named Spud.

Okay so this is a picture of my faves. The boy is boyfriend to me and in this photo happens to be wearing a pony tail. He is a crime fighting police man who loves lots of meat and fantasizes about the zombie apocalypse. The lady on the right is me (Nic) I am a vegetarian who is obsessed with pug puppies, saving the babies of the world (furry and not) and of course hanging out in my teepee. The long haired lass (honestly 77 million feet of luscious hair) towards the back is my BEST friend. She is a vegan, book lover, writer of amazing things and wants to save sad pandas. WE three become one puppy loving mostly meat-hating (mostly) zombie fighting team....oh and the elephant's name is Manning!

In this photo are my friends Julie (the kangaroo) and Vee (the panda). We didn't know the wolf. He was holding leashes for folks because leashes were not allowed in the room behind us, where there was an ongoing furrie rave.
